We do not guarantee the accuracy of vehicle identification, the timeliness of alerts, or uninterrupted service availability. We are not responsible for any actions taken by users based on information received through the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Negotium Business Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the service.
